  1. Replacement of a rotary drum furnace casing (clinker burning) ø3.0m, modernization of a rotary drum furnace cooling bed (clinker burning) at KCW KUJAWY S.A., Bielawy site.


  2. Replacement of casing elements and the head of steam calcining furnace with warming pipes system p=3,2MPa; ø3.0m at Janikowskie Zakłady Sodowe JANIKOSODA S.A. (Soda Plant JANIKOSODA S.A.).



  3. Disassembly and assembly of a raw material mill (m=40,000kgs; L=14,2m; ø3,4m) in order to shortening it at the KCW KUJAWY S.A. site.

  4. Repair and maintenance of a raw material mill (m=200,000kgs; L=16m; ø4m) at LAFARGE CEMENT POLSKA S.A., Kujawy Plant, Bielawy.

One of the main elements of our economic activity is maintenance and repair of as well as assembly of cranes and overhead traveling cranes. We are in possession of the Technical Inspection Authority to produce and assembly the following machines:

- overhead traveling cranes,
- jib cranes,
- hoists,

Our experience:

  1. Replacement of an overhead traveling crane base (span 31,5m; crane rating 20 tons) at the 20m attitude at LAFARGE CEMENT POLSKA S.A., Kujawy Plant, Bielawy.


  2. Modernization of overhead traveling cranes and assembly of electrical hoists (crane rating 5 tons) at Janikowskie Zakłady Sodowe JANIKOSODA S.A. (Soda Plant JANIKOSODA S.A.) stockyard.

During industrial processes there is a need to purify great amounts of gases prior to releasing them to the atmosphere. The most effective method of purifying gases from dust is electrostatic precipitation. Devices that perform this work at the highest performance are called electrostatic precipitators (electro-filters).
